In addition to supporting customers with leases on existing equipment, we also offer a unique “Purchase to Lease / Build to Lease” option which gives customers access to new equipment while maintaining all of the flexibility and cash advantages of a lease.
Rollingstock Maintenance:
Rail First provides 3rd party servicing, maintenance, painting, and overhaul services across all wagon and locomotive types. Our main facilities are located in Adelaide, SA and Goulburn, NSW, have all of the necessary equipment, technical knowledge, and facilities to service rollingstock fleets.
Crew Van Overhaul and Rebuild:
In our Islington facility, we provide unique building and major overhaul capabilities for crew vans servicing the requirements of Australia’s long haul interstate network.
Wagon Construction:
Rail First is proud to be the only domestic manufacturer of intermodal equipment in Australia. Offered through long term leases, we can build 40’ and 60’ skeletal and 48’ well wagons to meet your needs.
